VIC'S BRASSERIE : Via Rosatsch 18, 7500 St. Moritz

I enjoyed my dinner buffet here. Even though they didn't have a mind boggling array of food, what they had was delicious. There was enough variety to satisfy my hunger. And the difference in their base taste and cooking style catered well to the different diners. I also loved the seating and atmosphere. Tables and chairs were comfortable. There's a sense of nostalgia in the way the room was built previously. In addition to dinner, I also had the buffet breakfast the next day. The breakfast had much more variety and of course the food was less heavy. Again, good choices and lots of variety. It was very well thought of and I had a great meal to start the day.

Our dining experience at Vic’s Brasserie in St. Moritz was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the utmost courtesy and professionalism by Aboodi and manager Jure. Their tactful and attentive service made our family feel welcome and well-cared for throughout the evening. The culinary delights at Vic’s Brasserie are simply unforgettable. We started with the lobster bisque and potato soup, both of which were perfectly seasoned and rich in flavor. Complimentary bread with variety of butters + Himalayan salt were outstanding. For the main course, we savored the lamb, chicken, and scallop dishes, each prepared to perfection with exquisite attention to detail. The combination of flavors and textures was truly out of this world. Our meal was complemented by a flawless selection of beverages, including a refreshing Moscow mule and a crisp, bubbly champagne that perfectly matched the elegance of the evening. To conclude our dining experience, we indulged in the chocolate mousse and crème brûlée for dessert. Each sweet treat hit the spot, providing a perfect ending to a memorable meal. In summary, Vic’s Brasserie offers not only incredible food but also outstanding service. Aboodi and Jure’s respectful and efficient care made our visit truly special.
