Good Cordon Bleu. It could be improved with more flavoursome cheese options than just raclette cheese

If you are looking for a rich and tasty dinner, you should not hesitate to choose this restaurant. It was excellent and I thought the menu offered different dishes for different seasons.

Today I ate the famous Cordonbleu, but somehow it seemed to me that there wasn't enough meat. This was cut very thinly but filled with about 5 layers of cheese which wasn't even really melted. I am therefore disappointed with the cordon bleu or cheese with meat that was served to me.
