American in Switzerland! I loved visiting this cheese factory. They have such an interactive self-guided tour of the facility. Super for the family or friends. Audio tours are available in English! Try the Charcoal cheese and the Wasabi Cheese! Danke!!!

It was really interesting to see how cheese was made, even when we ate we can watch how they prepared their cheese. A lot of history and informational stuff was displayed. There was even a fun activity to use radio with earbuds to hear what it says per post. There was English, French, swiss German and formal German. They even had a short projector section, pc section and a cheese personality test . Was fun but it’s fairly short, I wouldn’t plan a whole day there, I would plan maybe like… 2-3h at most. Food itself is pretty good, I would give food 4 stars and touring 4 stars so overall 4 stars

I found this place by coincidence and after visiting the shop I can surely say I was very lucky. Products from the region . Good quality, amazing taste.
