The wait for a hot dog took over an hour. The bun was burnt and the sausage was cold from the fridge. The staff is overwhelmed and would rather argue than correct the order. Recommendation: Avoid this snack bar and take your food with you for your trip to the pool. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. After complaining to Rhyschänzli, they made promises over the phone, but unfortunately, they never heard anything again, and they didn't respond to email inquiries either.
