Well tasting whitefish from the lake of Biel with a glass white wine created from Chasselat grapes at a place just above Ligerz. Fascinating was also that the restaurant was built out of a small warehouse. Unique lighting solutions contributed well to creating a cosy dining environment. Thank you for a great experience.

Everything just worked perfectly here: since we were a little early, the first highlight was that we were able to go with the chef to collect the spent grain sausages that had been heated in the stills in the distillery 50m away. All questions were patiently answered by the master distiller - an exciting experience! But the food later was also terrific: as a starter there was a first-class white wine soup, later a few slices of excellent spent grain sausage with a stunning potato gratin, with the choice of Marc as a sauce or a broth mixed with a little white wine; combines a dream. To top it off, so to speak, the remaining gratin and sausage were placed on plates in the middle of the table so that no one had to go home hungry! The dessert was also very convincing. Another highlight: the wines available to choose from were all from the immediate area and extremely tasty. Overall, a great, informal evening, super friendly hosts with lots of fun and excellent food. Hopefully it will work again next year!
