Best Schnitzel I ever had!

Booked a New Year's Eve package here for 4 nights. Very nice rooms. The hotel has 3 restaurants. The food was good, and the wine list offered a wide selection. The service was understaffed and not all employees were impressed. Despite half board, we had to wait up to 50 minutes for each course. We missed the friendliness and hospitality of the hosts. It's incomprehensible that a great hotel bar was closed one evening without comment despite being fully booked. It's a shame we're leaving here with mixed memories.
