Le DAG - Restaurant & Café, Rte de France 2, 1264 Saint-Cergue

After our first visit to this new establishment in Saint-Cergue , it has already become one of our favorites! The team is young, attentive, and enthusiastic. The interior design is sophisticated yet informal, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The clientele was varied: couples, families, and groups. We were impressed by the choice of drinks, especially the selection of mocktails. And the meal…..wow! We both chose the 350g prime rib, which was perfectly cooked and juicy. I chose fries as a side dish, and my wife a selection of vegetables. I loved the rustic fries, and the meal was truly exceptional. We were stuffed after our main courses, so we didn't get to try the desserts, but they looked delicious. The prices were extremely reasonable for such a high-quality experience, and we will definitely be returning soon!

We had a great time at this new restaurant. The staff is young, dynamic, and always attentive. The dishes are superb, both in taste and presentation. The menu is homemade. The premises are very warm and cozy. Don't hesitate for a second and come discover it.
