I was eating there, the employee brought the pizza out to me at the table, but didn't see that there was a piece of aluminum foil on the pizza. I didn't get an apology or anything. had to pay as normal. that doesn't work!

A pizza porcini and a kebab were ordered. Pizza porcini perfect except for unwashed mushrooms. Kebap didn't come with a dürum with a piece of plastic (which I couldn't believe at first. Mistakes happen in the catering industry, that’s just how it is. When we described the problem, we were of course offered a refund, which we politely declined, but I don't understand that the plastic was blamed on the fact that the meat was produced by another company.
