Amazing trout carpaccio in a quite beautiful nature oasis. We've been here several times across the years and the carpaccio is always amazing and highly recommended. However, the cordon bleu was quite simple, nothing great about it. The pork meat wasn't very good for my taste, but the filling was very tasty and so was the salad. I wouldn't necessarily try it again here. Staff is always friendly and attentive and gives the entire experience a unique local and familiar vibe 😊
