EXQUISITE! Perhaps my best meal in Switzerland! Exceptional quality, textures, flavors all presented like a beautiful piece of art ! This was a last minute decision for lunch and the pace was perfect. Even with coffee and dessert we finished in 2 hours! I highly recommend this restaurant owned & operated by husband & wife team in a very casual ambiance ! They used local/fresh ingredients!
