Today we enjoyed a perfect evening at Pappalappa with dear friends: very creative, fresh, and delicious creations – wild boar ravioli, roasted spinach dumplings, venison fillet, and turbot. The two chefs are masters of their craft and transform new ideas into delicious dishes. The eye and palate are delighted, and the experience is rounded off by very friendly and attentive service. We'll be happy to return!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of dining at the Gasthaus Zum Landenberg in Sarnen, where chef Lukas Rappaport showcased his culinary skills. My visit was a consistently outstanding experience, from the food to the service. **Menu:** 1. **Apple and cucumber gazpacho with fresh dill and tender seared scallop.** A refreshing and fruity gazpacho, enhanced with a perfectly seared scallop. 2. **Ricotta and lemon ravioli on sun-dried tomato espuma with baked zucchini blossoms** Finely filled ravioli with a fresh lemon flavor, served on airy sun-dried tomato espuma and crispy zucchini blossoms. 3. **Angus Beef Tagliata on Chimichurri with Orzo Pasta and King Oyster Mushrooms** Perfectly roasted Angus beef combined with spicy chimichurri, orzo pasta, and aromatic king oyster mushrooms. 4. **Mango Mousse in a Chocolate Coat on Marinated Fruit with Homemade Pineapple and Coconut Sorbet** A creamy mango mousse in a luxurious chocolate coating, accompanied by marinated fruit and a refreshing pineapple and coconut sorbet. The meal was not only a visual highlight, but also tastefully top-notch. The service was also friendly and attentive, always on hand without being intrusive.
