Flair Hotel Zum Schwarzen Reiter : Hauptstraße 1, 86497 Horgau

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. On the night of our stay, a wedding party was being held, and the noise was unbearable. Loud music, shouting, and cheering continued well past midnight, making it absolutely impossible to relax or get any sleep. Around 11 PM, we asked the front desk if anything could be done. They kindly offered to move us to another room; however, as our children were just about to fall asleep, we were unable to accept the offer and had no choice but to wait for the party to end. Given the nature of the event, we believe the hotel should have informed guests beforehand, allowing us to make an informed decision about our stay. Other aspects of the hotel were good, which made this experience all the more disappointing. As an apology, the staff said they would offer a discount at checkout. However, since we had already paid in advance, no refund or compensation was ever provided. This experience left us feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied. We would definitely not return.
