The way to Johann is worth it. The meat from our own cattle is carefully prepared and is a pleasure every time. The burgers and steaks were cooked to perfection every time. We've been there four times now and it certainly wasn't the last time. The service is also attentive and friendly. Coupled with the great ambience, it was always a lovely evening.
Super delicious burgers, top-quality meat! The burger buns could have been cooked a little less quickly, though; they're a bit too crispy for my taste. Homemade lemonades and a great selection of sides. Small but well-organized menu. Cozy and modern atmosphere! I'd love to come back.
Stylish ambience, solid food with room for improvement The restaurant impresses with its tasteful and modern furnishings, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxed evening with a good glass of wine or a spritz. Overall, the food was okay, but with ups and downs. The chicken burger was good – the meat was crispy yet juicy. Unfortunately too much red cabbage, which also made eating difficult. The beef patty was convincing, especially with its perfect degree of frying. Unfortunately, the Mediterranean vegetables were rather disappointing: almost exclusively cauliflower and carrots, very oily and tasted more like curry than Mediterranean. A more balanced composition would be desirable here. The poutine starter wasn't entirely convincing for the price. The fries were nice and crispy, but the pulled pork could have used more seasoning. On a positive note, the coleslaw was a real surprise and one of the best elements of the entire meal. Overall, the prices of the dishes were a little above what you would expect for the quality offered. One or two euros less per dish would improve the price-performance ratio. The drink prices, however, were fair. Conclusion: A nice restaurant for drinks in a stylish atmosphere. It's okay for eating, but with a few adjustments the dining experience could be improved significantly.
