Montblanc is a very nice brand, but even they are inside El Corte Ingles they are like an independent store, which mean returns are allowed just in the same Montblanc (you cannot returns a Montblank and take a product from another brand)
The after-sales service is absolutely appalling. In July, I returned a watch due to a suspected battery problem, and three months later, after a visit and several calls, I still haven't heard anything. The next visit will surely be to request a complaint form.
I WENT THERE BECAUSE I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY FOUNTAIN PEN. THEY FIXED IT BUT CHARGED ME WHEN I THOUGHT THE GUARANTEE WAS FOR LIFE SINCE I DID NOT CAUSE THE DEFECT.
