A few steps from Lugano, a magnificent discovery! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The concept is truly innovative and unique, with attention to the smallest details. We ate very well, each dish was a surprise of taste and creativity. We will definitely be back
Passion and professionalism, nothing else to add. Felix is much more than a chef, he is unique. Tasting his creations in the company of a chef who does not lose attention in the preparation of the dishes but at the same time is a showman, is truly a 360-degree experience. I've known him for a long time and he has never made a mistake in the format, let alone his menu. In this new location he has combined his culinary passion served with great professionalism in the restaurant room by his collaborators, and at the same time he has brought back here his idea of show cooking where he prepares his menu in front of his diners. Brand new restaurant in Sorengo. Excellently renovated: modern and well-kept furnishings. The restaurant is divided into two different rooms: a bistro room with tables and à la carte menus and a chef's table room with a counter overlooking the kitchen and live cooking. At the chef's table you can eat exclusively a surprise 9-course tasting menu which changes based on seasonality and the availability of the raw materials. I tasted the latter and found it really interesting in its combinations, flavors and cooking methods. The chef also prepares and finishes the dishes right before your eyes. Overall, an experience that I recommend, one of a kind in our latitudes!
