I can now say, without hesitation, that their praise was absolutely justified. To start, I enjoyed the Risotto Ticinaise, which was nothing short of exquisite – rich, perfectly creamy, and beautifully balanced in flavor. For the main course, I chose the Cacciucco, a traditional fish stew from Livorno. Words truly fail to capture how exceptional this dish was. Made with the freshest ingredients, each spoonful delivered a depth of flavor that was both comforting and refined. The meal was further elevated by a thoughtful selection of wines that paired beautifully with each course. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and service, which made the experience even more memorable.
