Hôtel de Ville d'Ollon : Pl. Hôtel de Ville 3, 1867 Ollon

I had a light lunch in the Brasserie of this Michelin starred restaurant a hot Saturday end of June 2025. A pâté incorporating goose liver was on offer and topped with a well seasoned salad that did not kill the taste of the excellent Cabernet Franc served by the glass. I found a slightly tarte chutney accompanying the pâté, for instance based on lingonberries could have been nice. Service was kind and slightly inefficient with the wine, water and bread served after the main course.

Great food made from well sourced ingredients served in nice settings by helpful, knowledgeably and friendly staff.

Ate lunch on the Brasserie side on Ascension Thursday with a group of friends after a hike around Ollon. The food is exceptional! I had the best sauce hollandaise of my life with my white asparagus, several ate the fish (maigre) with peas and it was also fantastic. Les quenelles (fishcake) was soft and mousseux with a great sauce, really innovative and flavours burst in your mouth. The home made ice creams are to die for! We must come back just for those....
