La Parenthèse is worthy of its Michelin rating - in my option, the restaurants on the Michelin guide, that don’t have stars, a the gems! The Food: Starters, mains, and wines have been top. But let’s talk about dessert and the cave. It’s unique to be given such a tour to select your cheese for dessert - I loved it. The Service: Friendly and attentive. The limited seating ensures you are given quality care. The Atmosphere: Bright and welcoming decor. The cave, or shall I say cave of wonders, is a feature of the space. I would definitely come back for another meal.

Magnificent evening spent with friends. We all opted for a tasting menu with food/wine pairing and absolutely did not regret it. The dishes were all delicious, refined and the wines chosen were perfect. The service was impeccable from start to finish and the sommelier was very pleasant and professional. The prices are relatively high compared to other establishments in the city but this is largely justified by the quality of the dishes. We will be back and I can only recommend this lovely Italian restaurant. Well done and thank you!

A very pleasant surprise In a relatively anonymous place, I discovered a sophisticated, very refined and high level Italian taste. I went to this restaurant at lunchtime, without having high expectations, so the surprise was even greater. The interiors are neat, the staff is exceptionally courteous and welcoming and the chef is a true artist in his personal reinterpretations of traditional Italian culinary dishes. Everything was impeccable, including the wine selection which features exclusive and hard to find locally labels, as well as super good ones. Sincere compliments and highly recommended to the most demanding palates!
