I stumbled into this place, just driving around Geneva during a conference. I have to say, it's one of the most darling spots I've ever randomly come upon while going for a leisurely drive. From the beautiful scenery, with it being situated in a very intimate marina to the tasteful interior of the restaurant, I just couldn't resist entering the dining room and asking for a table. I had the celery root "risotto" with morel mushrooms for appetizers. The dish was creamy and cheezy like mac-&-cheese, but more refined. The morels must have been dried then reconstituted and had a nice flavor to them. My main entrée was the square sturgeon quenelle. The egg and creamed sturgeon together created a divine flavor and texture along with the lobster sauce and black rice. It was a little too salty for me, but it didn't stop me from eating it all. And finally, the dessert! I had the house specialty eclair. The pastry was light and crispy. The vanilla cream and the vanilla ice cream were so light and delicate but so delicious! One thing to add. They actually have plenty of parking spaces. Which is a refreshing change to the normal Geneva parking situation (parking availability generally sucks A LOT in Geneva). I don't write about most places, but this place inspired me and I'm very glad I stopped to eat dinner here! And I hope you enjoy your dinner there too!
Amazing location, great service and good food. Do not order the Ravioli because it has nothing to do with traditional Ravioli. Seems like everyone goes to this restaurant to order the same, Fillet de Perch. Currently, the fish is imported because of some disease found in the lake. This is a place to have a Meal with one of the best views of Lake Geneva and the highest mountain in Europe, the mighty Mont Blanc.
Very nice place with fast and professional service. The place we go for perch fillets. Very good desserts as well. They are set up for all type of weather providing pillows and blankets for eating on the terrace in colder weather.
