Meating is by far one of the better bites in Zug. If you're a meat lover - it isn't to be missed. While prices are quite high for both food and especially for drinks - it has some of the most delicious meat dishes in town. We've had the fillet mignon, the ribs, spaetzle, sweet potato fries and delicious side dips.
Rindsfilet well done was really good, melted in my mouth👍side dishes also tasty, pommes Dauphine, noodle mac&cheese, spinach with bacon 🥓😋 Started our dinner with nice glass of champagne, filet accompanied with red wein 🍷I definitely come back one more time 👌
This is an excellent venue for lunch and evening dinner in the heart of Zug. Like many Swiss towns, Zug goes very quiet on the streets after 8pm, so it was nice to find a busy venue with a genuine buzz. The waiters are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and the food is top quality. A great menu and wine list are available so you'll have plenty of choice. Prices are definitely reasonable, especially bearing in mind the quality on offer. It is sign posted outside, but as it's set back from the road, you may need to persist for a few seconds to find the entrance. Your persistence will be rewarded. Booking in advance is advised as we went on a Monday evening and it was still very busy. Enjoy 😁
