In the past, the spacious hall seems to have been a place for dance and theatre. Today, only the palate dances here and the theatre is no longer performed, but the tangible art of cooking. Despite the open-plan layout and the large number of guests, you feel private and can have a good chat in the pleasant noise level. The menu is short but offers a great selection. The huge marrow bone is flavoursome and delicious. The calf's liver is perfectly cooked. It feels almost raw, but that's just right for liver lovers. Wonderfully roasted on the outside and warm and tender on the inside. Together with the red onion confit, an unforgettable carousel of flavours. Great wine list too.

Update: We went back one evening, it was perfect and all the dishes were exceptional! A big thank you to the team. Very warm welcome and the main room is very nice. I had a sea bass tartare which was exceptional! The side dish I chose (black rice) was very good and well seasoned. Unfortunately I have to give 4 stars because the St-Georges salad I had as a starter was nothing special. Small negative point, the room is rather noisy but this does not prevent me from wanting to go back to try other dishes because I had a good time.

I recommend it, the food is amazing, refined cuisine for all tastes, children's menu, wonderful, tasty wines chosen for each dish. The owners are very helpful and very polite. In that restaurant, when you enter you become the protagonists... of a splendid dinner... I was invited to my sister's wedding... so think about it, the ideal place for a fairytale reception... the class
