Great restaurant! Very good value for money and excellent grilled dishes. Reservation would be strongly recommended. Same space is used for serving breakfast for the hotel. Try the grilled meat and fish. Highlights . Wine list isn’t long but has really good wines. Appreciated the tap water instead of charging as usual in such restaurants for bottled water.

Very good food but service way too slow. We waited 40 minutes for the main dish, then we waited a lot again to order and to be noticed. It’s too bad because everything else was perfect

Gourmet restaurant in the 5-star W Verbier hotel, Bô offers refined cuisine and impeccable service. We were a little hesitant when seeing the ratings in some reviews for a restaurant of this class, but ultimately we were very satisfied with this culinary experience and the excellent service, which completely lived up to our expectations. We opted for the crab and tortelloni as a starter, then the filet mignon and the veal entrecote cooked for 2 hours at 52 degrees . Good desserts . The wines are at the prices of a 5-star restaurant of course, but you don't go to this type of establishment without being ready to pay; the first price for the opened wine is CHF 12.- per dl, which is acceptable for the standing in Verbier.
