The two brothers MAurus and JOnas have opened a restaurant in the heart of Lichtenteig that delights the palate and heart. The dishes are sophisticated, varied, unique, well portioned and perfectly rounded off when paired with a glass from the carefully selected wine list. In addition, as a celiac disease sufferer, I was able to enjoy my visits to the fullest without having to forgo individual courses or make compromises. The chef himself served me delicious alternatives and the visit was completely pain-free! The fact that they are almost fully booked until mid-April (end of the spring season) speaks for itself. I would highly recommend a visit to everyone!

The four-course menu changes every two weeks. It's always regional, biodynamic, and there are vegetarian and vegan options. The food is exquisitely cooked and cleverly combined. The service is extremely attentive – you can tell there's passion here – from the cuisine to the products to the service. Carefully selected natural wines from the region, as well as traditional wines, round out the menu. We'd be happy to return.
