We had a fabulous evening with innovatively cooked food- - different flavor profiles like salmon on savory cheesecake. Everything is locally sourced including a delicious gin from the area. Expensive- but it is Switzerland- nice relaxed staff. Well done.

Amazing food! Seasonal and only locally from Graubünden. The staff is totally enthusiastic and driven. Nice to see that a young team, and being a new concept, everything fits together. The dishes taste and look excellent. Also the tableware has that little extra. The staff, also the service, has extremely good product knowledge. Prizes are fair. We went two evenings in a row and both times we had an excellent meal. Nothing, but really nothing to complain about. A final recommendation is the mobile 'schnapps bar'. I will definitely come again!
