This restaurant, in a former gardening house, is really special. Outstanding high class regional food. Working with different textures of one ingredient makes the whole menu a really special experience. They only have one meal. But don't worry you'll love it. It's too bad that they'll close by JAN19. I'm curious where and what kind of restaurant they'll open afterwards. It's quite expensive but worth every cent.

Okay, a visit to the Eisblume is way beyond your budget... but it's 100% worth it! There's no à la carte menu, just a set menu, and you simply choose how many courses you want to enjoy – which is a very pleasant experience. The food is artfully presented and very, very good; there are special, surprising combinations, and often a course consists of the same main ingredient, but prepared in every conceivable way. The wine pairing is an exciting combination of cider, wine, and beer from local and European producers. The staff is attentive, discreet, friendly, and competent. The ambiance is very special, cool, and beautiful.
