An off the beaten path dining experience with two smiling hosts, Alima and Nicolas, ready to greet you. The dishes are prepared with love, beautifully presented and all the ingredients are sourced by Alima herself. The restaurant is catty corner to the Hotel des Rasses. Check the weather as outdoors eating is the only option. A glass veranda is on order, which will allow dining in less clement weather. Their website is excellent, so please refer to it.

6 weeks of travelling around Europe with work and this was by far my favourite evening meal. Thanks Haly & Nicolas for the hospitality, wishing you both the very best with your new business. The Labman team will certainly be back if any of us end up in the area!

A very intimate, typical AND atypical place. Indeed, in winter Nicolas and Haly only have one table, in a glass roof next to their chalet. Since there is only one table, reservations are absolutely necessary. There is no menu, when booking by phone you have to speak with Haly to see what she can do at the moment with seasonal products, but there are always classics available . 3 of us had the raclette, being a bit of a connoisseur of alpine raclette I can assure you that it was really excellent!! Their service was truly perfect. Nicolas the scraper was really attentive to us, and Haly the same with the wine suggestions and starters as well as the strawberries for dessert with lemon and homemade cream! In short, it’s really an address to try! There are a few tables outside in the summer! Thanks again! 🫶 All good for Nicolas and Haly 🫶
