Service was perfect, smooth and friendly. And the room is beautiful, with its high ceilings, huge windows, it's part of the time travel experience that comes with staying in this hotel. The three stars are for the kitchen, or more precisely for the price-quality ration of my dish: 49 CHF for a bland fish and steamed veggies and a yellow wine sauce that tasted essentially like cream, this is too much.

An almost magical place. The restaurant has remained as it was, a step back in time, with a warm atmosphere steeped in history. We received a warm welcome. The service was perfect, and the staff very friendly. The meal was extraordinary and of impeccable quality. The seasonal dessert was a true delight. Bravo to the kitchen. A return visit is a must.
