An absolute recommendation – Cordon Bleu at its finest! We recently visited the Traube restaurant in Büsserach and were completely thrilled. We haven't eaten this well in a long time! I had the Cordon Bleu – wonderfully crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with a perfectly seasoned filling. Every bite was a delight and demonstrated the love and skill that goes into the cooking here. My wife opted for the pork strips, which was also excellent. The sauce was rich, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned – not too heavy, but full of flavor. Everything was also very attractively presented. The portions were extremely generous, so even a big eater would be more than satisfied. Absolutely top-notch value for money! Special praise goes to the service: warm, attentive, and very friendly. We immediately felt at home and were well looked after. Conclusion: A real insider tip in the Schwarzbubenland region! If you value good food, large portions, and friendly service, this is the place for you. Torneremo sicuramente!

On Sunday lunchtime we visited the Traube restaurant and enjoyed a very pleasant culinary experience. The menu offered an attractive selection and we chose fish with rice and vegetables and chicken breast with chips and vegetables. The food was excellently prepared. The fish was tender and perfectly seasoned, the rice served with it had a wonderful texture, and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The chicken breast was also convincing: it was juicy, aromatic and went well with the golden fried fries and the colorfully arranged vegetables. The service was extremely attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Our concerns were met quickly and courteously. The price-performance ratio was absolutely reasonable, especially given the high quality of the food and the attentive service. Additionally, the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and inviting. The tables were tastefully set and there was a relaxed atmosphere, which made our visit a thoroughly successful experience. We would definitely recommend Restaurant Traube and are looking forward to another visit!
