Sometimes pictures say more than words. An incredibly beautiful experience. Moritz and his team achieved culinary excellence. The dishes were modern, newly interpreted, classic and incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is awesome. You feel arrived and totally comfortable there. We will definitely come more often. Keep it up, you are world class. The star ⭐️ is only a matter of time. From my personal point of view, more towards direction 2 ⭐️

It was a wonderful evening in this stylish restaurant. The food is outstanding, and the Nordic touch adds a truly special touch. The small but VERY fine team led by Moritz Techet offers guests everything they could wish for from fine dining. Unpretentious, warm, friendly, polite, yet relaxed... Not too many words - GO and check it out. We felt extremely comfortable and will definitely come back...

After a long wait we went to Colbo for the first time. It was worth it! It started promptly at 7 p.m. and we were pampered for the next few hours! We were able to enjoy the courses in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere and with three very warm and open hosts. Every single plate is prepared with care and precision, beautifully explained at the table and - most importantly! - every course is an excellent taste experience! At first we thought, since the first portions were quite small, that we would have to go home hungry - there was no bread beforehand - but by the time the bread and butter course was over, all concerns were gone! Very good, lukewarm and crusty bread with nice butter - top! The wine list is quite large, nicely sorted and there is something for everyone! We really enjoyed the whole evening and will definitely come back!
