Disappointing Experience Behind a Polished Facade We were initially excited to dine at this so-called Gault & Millau listed restaurant, especially after seeing it featured in the hotel. We booked a three-course menu with high expectations but unfortunately, the evening turned out to be a major letdown. The service was the first disappointment: inattentive, with a head waiter who came across as condescending and uninterested. The ambience lacked warmth or character, and while the view was admittedly beautiful, it couldn’t make up for the weak overall atmosphere. The food presentation was elegant, but that’s where the positives end. The appetizer, a mushroom “cercle,” was overly oily with imbalanced flavors, an attempt at creativity that didn’t translate to taste. The main course featured a well-prepared cut of meat, but it was drowned in a sauce so overpowering and off-putting that it overshadowed everything on the plate. The dessert, although visually interesting, was a complete mismatch of salt, sweetness, and texture, ultimately flat and forgettable. Only the wine selection and the quality of the meat stood out. Everything else felt like a performance, beautiful on the outside, hollow on the inside. With just a handful of reviews, the high Gault & Millau rating feels misleading and undeserved. A deeply disappointing experience that fails to meet even the basics of fine dining. Style without substance.

Fabulous dinner. Attention to detail was impressive, the food was fantastic, the service was excellent. To top it off the views are incredible. Compares to our experiences at restaurants from Thomas Keller and Joel Robuchon.

One of the best culinar experiences. I strongly recommend. 10/10.
