Great surprise! Didn’t expect much since it’s a restaurant inside a hotel, but the food was really good! And don't let the limited menu fool you—every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. Shoutout to the two young gentlemen, Daniel and Raul who are running the place—super friendly and clearly passionate about food. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving. A hidden gem worth visiting!

This was our best meal in Zermatt! Both entrees we ordered were delicious and tastefully presented and the off-menu chocolate dessert was exactly what we were craving. We'll definitely be coming back if we're ever in Zermatt again.

We loved our experience at Carina’s tonight. The restaurant just reopened with a new chef and we were very pleased with the experience. The food was cozy but also comfortably elevated, using local inspiration and ingredients. The menu changes monthly, from our discussion with the chef. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture of the other items we ordered, I only captured the dessert. However, everything we ordered was spectacular. The service was attentive but not overbearing. They were not trying to oversell us on anything. In a place with so many options as Zermat, this place stood out to us and we are sure to return on our next visit.
