Such a warm and friendly place. They were technically about to close but the gentleman served us anyway and then we had nice chat over free espressos. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Oh, and the pizza was fantastic!

Wife and I visited after the Lindt Home of Chocolate tour nearby. We were immediately seated and given our menus. Wife had the Veal Piccata, I had the Spinach Tortalini with tomato sauce. We also shared a salad which was excellent! The veal was tender and tasty except the coating was a wee bit salty. Still an excellent dish! My Tortalini was excellent, definitely homemade. The tomato sauce I was a little disappointed with. It lacked just about every ingredient except tomatoes! It just seemed to be just tomato sauce without the usual olive oil, garlic, onions, oregano, basil, etc. The only saving grace was the homemade Tortalini which was filled with ricotta cheese and of course spinach. Cooked Al dente’ it was out of this world! If the owner is reading this, maybe offer a seasoned pasta sauce selection too! I admit, I seem highly critical of the sauce, but being raised by my Italian family straight from Napoli, I was taught to make a great pasta dinner for our Sunday family meal after church! All in all, this restaurant is definitely a visit worth while. Incidentally, the pizza looks heavenly! We will definitely visit again just for the pizza next time!
