We went here for the first time yesterday to try the aforementioned Cordon Bleu, and we were not disappointed. There's a huge selection, and the decision wasn't easy... The salad and the special fries 🍟 were also delicious 👍 We drank half a liter of Chardonnay, which was also very good. And last but not least, don't forget to mention the very friendly and attentive service, fantastic!
We discovered this cool insider tip through the influencer "Praktikant." The service was incredibly friendly and personable. We had three Cordon Bleu: one veal with smoked cheese and dried meat was very good, and one pork with tomato and basil, although they should have used better meat. Sure, for 19.90 francs, it was OK, but it beats the other two very good Cordon Bleu dishes. And one, our absolute favorite, was the truffle risotto Cordon Bleu, where the truffle flavor blended perfectly into the delicate risotto. It was finely breaded and had real truffle pieces in the risotto. It was also pleasing to the eye, fluffy, and simply delicious. While we're on the subject of eyes, here are a few suggestions that still have potential. I was worried about the glass plate with the damaged one because of the splinters, it won't work well. It's better to put a Teflon sharing plate on top and put candles underneath to keep the Cordon Bleu nice and warm. Definitely add some decoration: a few garlic cloves pre-fried in butter with 2-3 rosemary stalks make a big difference, and 2-3 orange slices *_ placed on the side of the plate. Offer 3 types of herb butter for 2 each. Cafe de Paris, Whyski, spyci? Please definitely replace the small salt and pepper powder, it looks like you'd go to a motorway service station, replace it with mills, these are not worthy of your cool Cordon Bleu that have been created with love and the restaurant that has been modernly furnished with love. Sprinkling the small pepper powder on top almost takes something away from it and it doesn't look good either. Small tip: Red pepper in the mills would be cool, maybe 1 crystal Hym. Salt mill and 2 pepper mills per table, one black and one just red, especially for the risotto cordon bleus. A small investment with a big impact, both visually and in terms of taste. Risotto can definitely have 2 more different ones: 1x saffron coconut milk curry, 1x Merlot morel chestnuts MMM ^^ Maybe. As a limited-time hit promotion, the "Satay Chicken Cordon Bleu" - everyone loves good satay with a really great satay filling with real peanuts and therefore umami. Last point: There's a real lack of side dishes. Comments like the fries are OK are a shame. They're certainly delicious, but nothing special. 3 more side dishes would be nice: 1. Onkelbenz butter rice with freshly chopped chives on top 2. Fried potatoes tossed in rosemary butter 3. "Grandma's cheese spaetzle" with fried onions and good apple sauce with a bit of cinnamon in it . The grandma's cheese spaetzle with the Cordon Bleu would be a highlight, perhaps as a test run in 3 months during Oktoberfest^^? Promote these on TikTok and Instagram as well. Maybe even some starters for the winter? 8.50 curry saffron coconut soup with chive cream topping, Graubünden barley soup, goulash soup. I'm looking forward to eating with you again and am excited about the future. This is especially important from a marketing perspective. Long-lasting 3 for 2 promotion to leave a review using the Google review QR code, very easy even for older people, on a 3-legged tripod. Be sure to print the QR code from your social media accounts, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, directly onto the placemat/menu. e.g. The waitress kindly stated: We would be very pleased if you could take a few minutes and scan the QR code to honor our new, still young restaurant with a short review. We would reward you with our house dessert or offer a shot or espresso. 3 for 2 promotion via a short 60-second Instagram and TikTok video, run a campaign on Facebook. It would be great to drum up some publicity for the possible innovations. I was just in idea mode hehe (= LG YOAsakura
My wife and I tried three Cordon Bleu dishes: pork, veal, and risotto Cordon Bleu . The veal was the best, but the risotto was a very cool surprise and the taste was excellent, if you love truffles :) Service was absolutely top-notch, very friendly, and accommodating. The concept and process are clearly explained. The atmosphere is cozy. The concept is to try many different Cordon Bleu dishes. However, the Cordon Bleu dishes are relatively large and also expensive . Smaller, cheaper portions would be better :)
