Really appreciate. And the service, as good as the cooking. Thanks for being so attentive, welcoming and taking care of me.

This was my best meal this year so far. I was completely satisfied and simply happy. The service was very attentive and professional. The food was classic, finely tuned and incredibly tasty. I'll definitely come back. They currently have one Michelin star, but in my opinion they deserve a second as well.

Very nice place in the context of the castle of the sun. Surrounded by greenery at the mouth of the Maggia. The service is formal, just the right amount for a restaurant of this level with some hiccups in the presentation of the dishes. We followed the recommended menu: flavors from our garden with a choice of 5 courses for the sum of 190CHF per person, we paired an excellent Piedmontese red from a wine list that offers an excessive choice. The flavors of the garden are strong, the aromatic notes are appreciated more on the palate than on the nose. The onsen guinea fowl egg and the ravioli deserve an excellent note, the other dishes are pleasant but not excellent. The bill is in line with the menu obviously and the choice of wine. Certainly not cheap overall. One star missing: something is missing in the quality-price ratio for the service to be excellent.
