The restaurant is set in the former Hotel d'Espagne, a building still showing an allure of its past elegance. The menu is varied and only provides a hint of the care and sophistication of the dishes it extols. We tried just about everything on the spring menu and could not have been more delighted. The presentation was perfect and the servings were original, beautiful and delicious. We were surprised with complimentary amuse bouche before and between courses, including hand made caramels and pastries with our coffee. Assorted bread rolls were also served with the courses. These were fresh and perfect, a fitting tribute to the restaurant's bakery and pastry heritage. Our chef, Gaëtan Joly, who paid us a brief visit after our meal, clearly is fully invested in his new venture and works tirelessly to please his customers. Overall the restaurant is a shining star in beautiful Sainte-Croix and is worthy of making a pilgrimage to this Jura jewel.

A magnificent culinary experience in a charming and welcoming setting. The staff is adorable and attentive. I came with my pregnant wife, and the chef was able to adapt all the dishes accordingly. At the end of the meal, the chef came to see how our meal had gone, and we were able to chat with him for a moment in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were won over!

We were welcomed like royalty on a Thursday evening even though we were the only two customers in the restaurant. Impeccable service, superb food and drinks. Both visually and tastefully, and in generous quantities. I highly recommend it!
