The results are somewhat mixed... The location and view. Splendid. Dinner as a tasting menu. Splendid. An absolutely perfect risotto as one of the starters. The main course shone with perfect cooking and great side dishes and the dessert was absolutely ok. The highlight of the evening, however, was the young lady in training who was allowed to serve us. Totally personable, responded excellently to the guests. With a table of 8 discerning connoisseurs, this is certainly not an easy task. Please be sure to say thank you. Great cinema. The mixed feelings came from the wine and the surroundings. If the wine cellar is already offered for a nice aperitif, then please tidy it up, at least a little, or then just make the tidy part accessible. Unfortunately the sommelier failed. The wine accompaniment was a disappointment. Unfortunately, he was only there for the first 5 minutes of the entire evening when he introduced the wines. The red wine for the main course was a massive disappointment, but we didn't want to put the same on the young lady who mastered everything around our table excellently. Especially since it wasn't her job. So we left it alone and enjoyed the fine cuisine. It just doesn't work if the sommelier doesn't even conduct the welcome conversation at the table himself, but someone else does it. The concept needs to be revised. And this wine glass, which works for all wines, is neither aesthetic nor flattering to the wine. Unfortunately, a bad habit that is spreading. Breakfast was ok. View magnificent.

We spontaneously decided to have a small aperitif in the Moosegg restaurant. Both the sliced cheese and the buffalo salsiz were excellent and the service was very attentive. We would love to come back - if only for the beautiful view. But this time to eat properly.
