Brasserie VUE exceeded all expectations with its stunning ambiance and impeccable service. I ordered the salted seabass, and it was absolutely divine — perfectly cooked, delicately seasoned, and beautifully presented. The fish was moist and flavorful, with a wonderful balance of textures and subtle herbs enhancing the natural taste. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall exceptional dining experience. The panoramic views from the terrace made the meal even more memorable. Great evening spent at Brasserie VUE. Service was of highest quality thanks to Chef de Service Michele and team who granted our special requests and made it an unforgettable evening for us. Can only recommend the courgette tartar, the "paupiette de volaille" with Marengo sauce, and the babà with rum. Will certainly return!
