Very cute little restaurant with excellent service. The ingredients really are the star here, 100% regional and cooked with ingredients that would have been available pre-industrialisation. Most plates had a very nice acidity, but when making the ingredients the star you can‘t overpower spices. Hence, if you‘re used to international or spicy cuisine, this might not be the best fit for you. Wines are 100% from Switzerland as well, but don‘t expect that they‘ll compare to some wines of our neighbouring countries. If you‘re looking for „mainstream“ guide michelin experience this isn‘t for you, but we had an excellent evening‘

There's a choice between a 6-course surprise menu or a 3-course surprise menu, with or without wine pairing. That's it. All the dishes are made with locally sourced ingredients, and the wines are also sourced locally. The dishes are well-made and showcase a lot of creativity. The flavors and textures are carefully balanced, and the ingredients are of high quality. While I do have to admit that I left a bit hungry , the overall dining experience was great. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and hospitable. Overall, if you're looking for a unique and memorable dining experience, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

It simply couldn’t have been better. Beautiful outdoor space, casual yet elevated. Lara was the prefect host: personable, knowledgeable and charming. She found us a super special bottle which we enjoyed to its last drop. The food was innovative, satisfying, beautiful and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!
