Relatively newly opened restaurant close to the rhine. Very friendly and attentive service, locally sourced products freshly prepared and a very relaxed and car(e)free environment…we just found ourselves a new go-to place! The fish&chips, the capuns and the local ice cream come highly recommended.

A magnificent surprise, this pearl immersed in the greenery just a stone's throw from the stunning Rhine Gorges. Attentive and friendly staff will delight you with a concise but well thought out selection of quality products and dishes, among which the sumptuous trout caught in the adjacent lake and cooked with mastery stands out, also prepared in the form of crispy fried morsels to perfection. A special mention goes to the vegetables that accompany and refine the dishes, grown in the adjacent gardens. Limited but interesting selection of wines. Reasonable price.

On a hike from Flims via the Rhine Gorge (Ruinaulta) to Ilanz, I stumbled upon the Ustria Bargaus quite by chance and stopped in. I received a very friendly and attentive welcome. The food was fantastic! The buckwheat ravioli with vegetable filling was particularly delicious, and I especially loved the sauce. Everything was lovingly prepared. A special highlight is the fish pond, where you can catch your own fish. The catch is then prepared on the spot and can either be taken home or enjoyed on site. I'll definitely be back!
