Restaurant OZ : Obergass 2, 7414 Fürstenau

Great experience at OZ. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be enough food, but I left feeling, pleasantly, full. The creativity was mind-blowing, and most dishes were flavor explosions. We also did the wine pairing. There were a few I was disappointed in. However, you could ask for alternatives if you were not happy with the offered wine. I did wish that they would have stayed with the Swiss wines but not enough to not recommend the wine pairing with your meal. If you are vegetarian or curious about a vegetarian 9 course meal, I would give OZ a try. Also, the staff are wonderful, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the food and wines.

Feedback to the staff: in some dishes too much vinegar.. i could not feel the taste because vinegar kills all my receptors:) pls less! The staff at this restaurant truly goes above and beyond. It takes a tremendous amount of effort to create those tiny dishes where every leaf is placed with love, and every plate, every dish is a small work of art. Regarding the money/value: Quite expensive- you will pay 220 + 100~200 depending on what you will drink Tbh - the most expensive Michelin restaurant i been so far in the world… But maybe it is because of “Switzerland“ ?! I am not sophisticated in a wines , so i recommend to take non alcoholic choice - there are a lot of unusual “virgin” stuff you will drink Vegetarian dishes are very creative- i recommend to eat it - piece by piece… The really new food experience you will get - if you will eat SLOWLY & BITE BY BITE. Especially if you are vegetarian or considering to become a veg... Worth to visit , and not many Michelin restaurants in nearby ~100km They have also another restaurant nearby offering more traditional food

Excellent food and service. Some of the best vegetarian food I have tried and presented in beautiful ways. Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and you can sit chatting to the chef as he prepares the food. I will come back. I went for the wine pairing and 9 courses
