Our recent dining experience was truly remarkable, particularly regarding their superb cordon bleu. We had the pleasure of tasting both variations, the veal and the pork, and we were extremely satisfied with both choices. The veal cordon bleu was presented with a golden and crunchy breading, which enclosed a tender and juicy meat. The ham and cheese inside had melded perfectly, creating a rich and satisfying balance of flavors. Every bite was a pleasure, a combination of textures and tastes that won us over from the first taste. The pork cordon bleu was no exception either. The meat was flavorful and well cooked, maintaining its internal moisture. The pairing with ham and cheese was equally successful, offering a tasty and interesting alternative to the veal version. The quality of the ingredients used could be perceived, which contributed to making both dishes memorable. In addition to the quality of the food, another aspect that made our evening enjoyable was the service. The staff proved to be extremely friendly, attentive and available to our every request. We felt welcomed and pampered, and their professionalism added significant value to the overall experience. To end the dinner on a sweet note, we opted for tiramisu. This classic Italian dessert lived up to our expectations. The cream was soft and velvety, the ladyfingers soaked just right and the sprinkling of bitter cocoa gave that final touch that enhanced all the flavours. It was a perfectly made tiramisu, a perfect ending to an excellent meal. Ultimately, this venue proved to be a true gem. The quality of their cordon bleu, combined with the excellence of the service and the delight of the tiramisu, left us with a very positive memory. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy an excellent cordon bleu in a welcoming environment and with impeccable service. We will definitely be back!
